-The instructions are in engrish, but their email technical support was pretty responsive, concise, and understandable.
-It doesn't support an external microphone, so bluetooth quality is acceptable at best. The microphone is built into the front of the head unit and gets plenty of background noise. If you're the kind of person that likes to cruise with the windows down, forget about it.
-The screen is -very- susceptible to glare. If the sun can get in directly through a window/windshield it washes out almost completely. I can't find a BOSS specific anti-glare screen, so I'm going to try to find an alternative.
-The touch screen is nice, accurate, and responsive.
Given the chance to do it again, I would have spent more on a superior unit that didn't have these issues.

Great sound and image quality.
The video formats that plays it a little bit tricky, so you definitly have to read the manual in follow the exact technical specification for each format.
My radio had a wierd bug, when the car is completly power off and locked the little screen in the upper part of the radio kept turned on. I just unplugged the negative cable from the main battery for 2 minutes and never again, just FYI. And the position screen memory doesnt always remember your last position, so you have to be constantly put it bak in the correct position.
In general you are buying a great dvd radio, is way cheaper than a pioneer or an alpine, so dont expect the heaven.
